家長須知 Notice to Parents
First of all, we would like to say, "Congratulations on your new pet!" Cats are loyal and make lifelong companions; so, please make sure that you have made all due diligence and careful considerations before deciding to adopt a pet!

小貓寶寶8-12週定級並公開選貓

每只出售的小貓都會有單獨的介紹和視頻

選定本地小貓後需交美金$500-1000作為訂金，並簽訂購貓合同

選定國際運送小貓後需交美金$1000-1500作為訂金，並簽訂購貓合同
-
本地預定小貓有部分會絕育後再去新家或出售繁育權，這個由貓舍決定
-
國際預定小貓一部分會在4個月左右進行絕育手術，小貓在絕育後恢復1-2周就會安排國際航班，寵物家庭要求在小貓6個月時候去做絕緣手術，並將絕育報告回執給貓舍備案
-
國際運輸航班時間表出來後家長就要付完尾款

如果需要購買帶繁育權的小貓價格是不同的，會帶血統證書

在選定小貓後由於家長的個人原因導致放棄，訂金不退都是成年人希望考慮清楚

指定小貓的父母或花色的家長可付排隊金進行預訂，排隊金為$500作為貓款的一部分
-
排隊名單按照排隊金繳納順序，出生前後而定，不限窩次
-
直到選到您心儀的小貓為止，排隊金有效期兩年，2年內沒有選中的小貓押金全額退還
-This cat contains the current cat system + queuing system.
- Kittens are graded at 8-12 weeks and cats are selected publicly.
-Each kitten for sale will have a separate introduction and visual order.
-After selecting a local kitten, you need to pay a deposit of US$500-1000 and sign a cat purchase contract.
-After choosing international shipping of kittens, you need to pay US$1000-1500 as a deposit and sign a cat purchase contract.
-Some kittens ordered locally will be neutered before going to new homes or selling breeding rights. This is decided by the cattery.
-International reserved kittens will undergo neutering surgery around 4 months old. After a recovery period of 1-2 weeks post-neutering, international flights will be arranged. Pet families are required to have the neutering surgery performed on the kitten at 6 months old and provide the neutering report to the cattery for record.
-Upon the release of the international shipping flight schedule, the remaining balance must be paid by the parents.
-If you need to buy a kitten with breeding rights, the price is different and you will need to bring a pedigree certificate.
-After selecting a kitten, due to the parent’s personal reasons, the decision to give up the kitten and the deposit is non-refundable is due to adults who want to think carefully.
-After the kitten is selected, if the kitten‘s parent decided not to purchase do to any personal reasons, and the deposit will not be refunded.
-Parents or color-specific lineage of the specified kitten can be reserved with a deposit fee. The deposit fee is $500, which will be part of the kitten's total cost.
-The waiting list is determined by the order of deposit payment and the sequence of births, regardless of the litter.
-The deposit remains valid for two years until you select the kitten of your choice. If no kitten is chosen within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded.

主人知道貓咪大概回家日期請務必提前約好獸醫進行體檢（包括實驗室檢查、血液抽檢和糞便檢查）。

我們要求新家長在接貓咪回家後的7天內帶去完成整套體檢，否則合同將失效。
-
小貓要運送到美國通常需要完成三次疫苗注射，大約需要4個月左右才能安排上飛機。如果家長要求提前運送小貓，並且在運送過程中出現感冒、發燒、咳嗽等應急情況，我們首先會協助家長購買藥物治療。然而，如果病情嚴重，要求家長必須帶貓咪去醫院接受治療，所有費用將由家長承擔。

貓咪的檢查費用由新主人負責，我們建議主人購買保險，以便自行比較。
-
所有訂金和定金一經支付後，均不可退換，也不可轉讓！！！
-
因個人原因而無法接收貓咪將不退款。
-
貓咪重新出售後與您無關。
-
如果家長預計在1-2個月後才能接收貓咪，需支付50%作為定金。
-
如果家長因個人原因延遲接收貓咪，將按照每天50美元的寄養費用收取
-The owner knows the approximate date of the cat's return, please be sure to make an appointment for a veterinary physical examination in advance (Lab test blood test, stool test)
-We require the new parents to take the cat home to complete the complete medical examination within 7 days, otherwise the contract will be invalidated.
-When international shipping of kittens to the United States, they are required to complete three vaccinations and be around 4 months old before they can be transported by plane. If the owner requests an earlier shipment of the kitten and it shows symptoms like a cold, fever, or cough during the transport process, the first step will be to assist the owner in purchasing medicine for treatment. However, if the condition is severe and requires medical attention, the owner will be required to take the kitten to a hospital for treatment. All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
- The cat inspection fee is the responsibility of the new owner, it is recommended that the owner purchase insurance to compare.
- All deposit deposits are non-refundable after booking Non-transferable！！！
- No refund for not picking up the cat due to personal reasons.
- It will have nothing to do with you after reselling the cat.
-If it takes 1-2 months to pick up the cat, parents need to pay 50% as a deposit.
-If there's a delay due to the parent's personal reasons beyond the agreed pickup date, a boarding fee of $50 per day will be charged.

需出示執照的獸醫確診和開具的因上述問題而導致的診斷證明，方可向我們提出索賠。
我們的索賠方式:

我們可以免費賠償一隻同等品相的小貓給您（不含需要本地運輸的運輸費用）
需要提供小貓已經死亡的死亡證明和發票，家長重新挑選小貓的期限為一年有效。

我們提供終身養育售後，注意：小貓並非生活在無菌舱中，因此不保證不攜帶病毒，但我們保證小貓無病且健康地送到新家，只要進行正確和科學的餵養即可！
关于航班：
-
所有貓咪必須達到要求才能上飛機去新家。
-
因個人原因不願再等待而取消預訂的，將按違約扣除定金。如果貓咪需要絕育，則需恢復好後再安排航班。
-
由於航空不在我們的掌控範圍內，偶爾因意外或天氣原因，特別是在節日前後，航班可能不穩定，甚至有些航空公司可能會臨時取消航班，請您理解。
對於美國本土的航班，我們將委託保姆公司全程陪同。航班信息將在群組中公佈。
如果航班延誤，請耐心等待更新的信息，這不是取消貓咪預訂的理由，請您理解！
-3 days feline leukemia/pneumonia death
-Death due to feline distemper FPV within 14 days
-Death of FIP within 14 days
-Present a veterinary license, diagnosis confirmation, and issued diagnostic proof for any claims related to the aforementioned issues.
How we make a claim:
-We can compensate you for a kitten of the same quality for free (excluding the transportation cost that requires local transportation)
It is necessary to provide the death certificate and invoice that the kitten has died, and the parent will re-select the kitten for one year.
-We offer lifetime support and care advice after adoption. Note: Kittens do not live in a sterile environment, so they may not be virus-free. However, we ensure that kittens are healthy and free from illness upon departure to their new homes. Proper and scientifically sound feeding will ensure their well-being.
About the flight About the flight:
-All cats must meet the requirements before being transported by plane to their new homes.
-Individuals who wish to cancel due to personal reasons will forfeit their deposit as per the breach of contract. If a cat requires neutering, their recovery must be ensured before scheduling their flight.
-Please understand that air travel is beyond our control. Occasionally, flights may be disrupted due to accidents, weather conditions, especially around holidays, or temporary cancellations on certain routes. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
-In the continental United States, we entrust a nanny service to accompany the kitten throughout the journey. Flight details will be shared in our group.
-If there are delays in the flight, kindly await updated information. Please understand that flight delays do not warrant the cancellation of the kitten reservation. Your patience in such situations is greatly appreciated.
